UK Postage and Returns Policy – Pre-Owned

All orders will be sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48 and sent within 48 hours of purchase. Order confirmation will be emailed upon purchase and tracking information will be emailed once the order is dispatched.

To return your order please contact hello@cousin.clothing within 14 days of delivery. Once we have confirmed the return we ask the buyer to independently send the return back to us to the address provided via email. The order will be refunded (not including shipping) when the items arrive back to us. We will only accept returns that are in the exact same condition as they were when they were dispatched.

Unfortunately we can not accept returns from our made to order range and ask that customers closely check the measurements provided in the descriptions. If you have any queries please contact you hello@cousin.clothing.
